How can I search for an item?
You may search our products in three ways:

I am new to your website and want to place an order. How can I get started?
Click on the "Add to Cart" button when you're ready to order. You will be directed to the shopping cart.
If you would like to purchase additional items before checking out, click the "Continue Shopping" link.
Otherwise, click the "Checkout" button to complete your order. You will be asked to enter your contact information and directed to PayPal to complete your payment.
I want to purchase a product, but don't have a PayPal account. Do I have to register for PayPal to place an order?
You don't need a PayPal account to place an order. Once you are directed to PayPal, select the "Don't have PayPal account" link.
You will be able to enter your credit card details instead, without registering for a PayPal account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Dollar Templates & Fonts accepts payments through PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).
How much are your fonts?
Our fonts are only $1.39.
I don't live in the United States. Can I place an product?
Yes, you can order our products no matter where you live. Your goods will be delivered digitally, so shipping is free!
Am I limited to the number of items I can purchase?
You are not limited to the number of items you can purchase. And since all our products are delivered digitally, we'll never run out of supplies!

How are products delivered?
All orders are delivered digitally. You will receive an email link with the location of where you can download your order.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive a link to download our software within 24 hours of purchase once your payment clears. It's important that you provide your correct email address, so we can send the download link to the correct address.
My order went through over 24 hours ago, but I haven't received an email to download it yet.
The email may have been delivered to your spam or junk folder. You can fix this problem by adding us to your Contacts or by marking the message, "Not Spam."
If you still cannot find our email, please send us an alternate email address with your order number, and we'll gladly re-send the order to you.
How long do I have to download my order?
You have up to five days from the time you receive the email link to download your order.
If you accidentally miss the cut-off date, no worries. Simply give us your order number and we'll resend the product.
What format are files sent in?
Our fonts are delivered as TTF and FON files.

I just purchased a font, but no longer want it. Can I cancel/exchange my order or get a refund?
We appreciate your business and are glad you chose to purchase our products. However, since all our fonts are delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the fonts are shipped.

How can I search for an item?

- By clicking on the top navigation for "Web Templates," "Office Templates" or "Fonts".
- By using the "Shop by Category" in the left navigation.
- By typing your search into the search bar and clicking on the "Search" button. Your search results will be displayed, and you will be able to customize your search by category, words and/or price.
